Shipping & Returns
Shipping of Retail Purchase :
Please note that order processing time may take 5 days before we ship out the goods. We send the International parcel by TNT Express / DHL (approx 5-7 working days) & local parcel by JNE Reguler (approx 3-4 working days). Tracking number of the parcel will appear on our website for your reference (please log in). You can also track your goods using the airway bill number in :
- JNE official website : www.jne.co.id (for Indonesian Customer)
- TNT official website : www.tnt.com (for International Customer).
- DHL official website : www.dhl.com (for International Customer).
We pack the jewelry with plastic (individually) then we put them inside the jewelry paper box with insert. To prevent damage during shipments, we then put them inside the outer box and send it to your address.
Please provide us your correct address and phone number as there will be charges for re-sending / re-routing the goods (if the address is wrong or for other reasons).
Freight cost will depend on your address. Please email us for futher details.
Return of Retail Purchase :
Your items are always be checked by our quality control before we send it.
If our jewelry doesn't fit you well, please feel free to exchange your size or model to us. The jewelry must be unworn and still in new condition. In this case, we won't bear any return and resend shipping cost. SALE item can't be returned.
Please contact us within 3 days after you received your jewelry, and the jewelry must be arrived back in our headquarter within 1 week after your return or exchange request (2 weeks for International purchase). Please include the box on the package. Thank you and have a nice day.
