Private Label Jewelry: How to Put Your Brand on 925 Silver

Private label jewelry means you sell pieces under your own brand name, but a manufacturer makes them. It is a model used by boutiques, fashion brands, online stores, and gift shops all over the world. And it is far more accessible than most people assume.

What private label actually means

In the simplest version, you pick designs from a manufacturer's catalogue, add your logo, and sell them as your own brand. In the more involved version, you develop custom designs, specify the packaging, and build a product line that is unique to your store.

We work with both. Some customers choose six designs from our catalogue and have their logo laser engraved on each piece. Others come to us with their own sketches and build a full collection from scratch.

Where your brand can appear

With 925 sterling silver, there are several options for where your branding shows up:

Laser engraved on the back of the piece (the most common choice)

Stamped into the metal on thicker pieces like rings and cuffs

Printed on a hang tag attached to the piece

Printed on the box or pouch

Most private label customers do a combination: your logo on the piece itself, and your branding on the packaging.

Minimum quantities

Our minimum for private label orders is 15 pieces per design. If you are launching a small collection of 5 designs, you are looking at a minimum of 75 pieces total. This is manageable for most boutiques and small brands starting out.

The design process

If you are adapting from our catalogue, the process is quick. You select the designs, we add your logo, you approve a sample, and we go to production. If you are developing new designs, we start with your sketch or reference photos, produce a sample for your approval, then move to production. Custom designs add 2 to 4 weeks to the timeline.

Packaging

We can supply the jewelry in a plain box or pouch, or arrange branded packaging with your logo. Branded packaging usually has a separate minimum quantity and a longer lead time, so it is worth discussing early in the process if presentation matters to your brand.

Is private label right for your business?

If you want to sell jewelry under your own name without the complexity of running a manufacturing operation, private label is the answer. The investment is manageable, the process is repeatable once you have found the right manufacturer, and the result is a product line that feels genuinely yours.

We export to boutiques in Singapore, the USA, Japan, Europe, and Australia. To talk through what a private label relationship with us would look like, send us a message and we will take it from there.
